Attention Guests, we are anticipating a property project during this time. Workers may be present from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday - Friday. We do not expect any disruption to enjoyment on weeknights or weekends, however during the week between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm, you may experience the presence of workers and/or construction noise/dust. This 4th floor Balcony Suite is the closest to the beach access and pool area without being "at the pool." The view from this 4th floor condo is amazing. There is a queen sleeper sofa and a recliner in the living room where you can view the 32" flat screen TV. Wall mirrors provide extra views of the ocean. There is a quaint table for two and an upgraded full kitchen including stove top and oven. The bathroom was remodeled with new tub with grab bar. The cucumber cool bedroom is tiled and has the queen bed and a 26" flat screen TV. This condo is close to the elevator and stairs. SMALL PETS ARE ALLOWED. TWO PETS MAX. $75 PER PET.
