Attention Guests, we are anticipating a property project during this time. Workers may be present from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday - Friday. This 3rd floor Balcony Suite has the advantage of being an end unit. The view from the balcony is wonderful and there is even a view from the window in the bedroom as well. The view from the 3rd floor is just delightful. Beautiful seaside colors and the breeze from the ceiling fans in this condo will remind you that you are on a tropical vacation. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room (new as of February 2024) where you can sit and enjoy the ocean view or the 48" flat screen tv. The kitchen includes a 4 burner stove and oven. The bathroom has a tub with grab bar and tile surround. The living has tile floors and the bedroom has laminate flooring. The private bedroom includes a queen bed, ceiling fan, 42" flat screen tv.
