Attention Guests, we are anticipating a property project during this time. Workers may be present from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday - Friday. We do not expect any disruption to enjoyment on weeknights or weekends, however during the week between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm, you may experience the presence of workers and/or construction noise/dust. We will do our best to schedule guests away from the working area, however, at times this may not be possible. This 3rd floor Balcony Suite is in the North Section of the ocean front building. Simple and affordable, this condo has a great location for a wonderful ocean view. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room area with a 32" Flat screen TV. There is a fully equipped kitchen with 4 burner stove and oven. The bathroom was updated to include a new tub with grab bar and plenty of linen storage. The private bedroom now has new laminate flooring (as of Oct 2021) and has a queen bed and a new 32" flat screen TV. We do not recommend our bronze rated condos for a 1st time visit to Beacher's Lodge. NO PETS ARE ALLOWEDAmenities ↑↓
