Attention Guests, we are anticipating a property project during this time. Workers may be present from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday - Friday. We do not expect any disruption to enjoyment on weeknights or weekends, however during the week between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm, you may experience the presence of workers and/or construction noise/dust. This 3rd Floor Balcony Suite has been refreshed with a cool vibe. A perfect location in the center of the building, this condo is a new kind of coastal cool. There is a leather queen sleeper sofa in the living room with a 32" flat screen TV and extra drawer space in the living room. This condo owner pays for popular programming for the televisions (same channel line up as before 10/2023). The kitchen is equipped with a two burner stove top and all the standard kitchen amenities. The private bedroom is tiled and has a Queen sized mattress and a 26" Flat Screen TV. This condo is cheery and comfortable and just might be your favorite beach side retreat.This condo will allow Dogs up to 60lbs with a Max of 2 dogs. No Cats or Birds allowed. TWO PETS MAX. $75 PER PET. NON-REFUNDABLE.
