Attention Guests, we are anticipating a property project during this time. Workers may be present from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday - Friday. We do not expect any disruption to enjoyment on weeknights or weekends, however during the week between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm, you may experience the presence of workers and/or construction noise/dust. We will do our best to schedule guests away from the working area, however, at times this may not be possible. This 2nd Floor Studio Plus is the only one of it's kind. This condo happens to have the largest balcony on the property, it's just not directly oceanfront. When you are enjoying the open air of the large wooden balcony, you will over look the beach parking lot and you can still see the horizon of the ocean off in the distance. This spacious suite has a large comfortable Serta King Mattress. In the closet there is an additional single size roll-away bed. The sleeper sofa is great for snuggling up and watching a movie on the 48" Flat Screen TV. This condo owner pays for popular programming for the television (same channel line up as before 10/2023). This suite has the full kitchen with granite counter tops, stove with oven and large refrigerator. The bathroom has the tub, vanity, toilet and tile. We think this spacious Studio efficiency might just be the perfect spot for a couple or small family. (The 2nd Floor Studios can not be reached by the elevators on the property, you must take stairs to get to the 2nd Floor) NO PETS ALLOWEDAmenities ↑↓
