This 2nd floor Balcony Suite is all that you really need to be happy at the beach. This condo is charming with cheerful yellow hues throughout. The sofa in the living room area is the perfect spot to watch TV or catch a view of the ocean. Kick back and relax in the recliner. Ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom keep this condo breezy during even the hottest months. The kitchen has the stove top only, but still is enough to be able to enjoy a meal on the ocean front. The bathroom has the tub and vanity. The private bedroom was recently updated with vinyl laminate flooring and has the queen bed with a 26" Flat Screen TV.
