Attention Guests, we are anticipating a property project during this time. Workers may be present from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday - Friday. We do not expect any disruption to enjoyment on weeknights or weekends, however during the week between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm, you may experience the presence of workers and/or construction noise/dust. This calming 2nd floor Balcony Suite has a great location and view from the balcony. The queen sleeper sofa (new as of November 2021) is the perfect spot for enjoying the 37" Flat Screen TV. There is a ceiling fan in the living room to keep the sea breeze moving throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with a small microwave, oven with 4 burner stove top and refrigerator. Tile backsplash and all the kitchen amenities you might need. The bathroom was remodeled with new tub and dressed in marbled gray. The private bedroom has the queen size mattress and a 32" flat screen TV. This is the ideal condo when staying at the beach! SMALL PETS ARE ALLOWED. TWO PETS MAX. $75 PER PET.
