Attention Guests, we are anticipating a property project during this time. Workers may be present from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday - Friday. We do not expect any disruption to enjoyment on weeknights or weekends, however during the week between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm, you may experience the presence of workers and/or construction noise/dust. This 1st Floor Patio Suite is a beach side bargain. The horizon view of the ocean can be seen at the top of the sand dunes. Mirrored walls in the living room give a spacious feel while you are watching the large flat screen TV from the queen sleeper sofa. As of May 2021, the kitchenette was remodeled and only a few of the pictures reflect the updated kitchen and new laminate flooring throughout. The kitchenette has the two burner flat top built into the counter, over the range microwave and a new refrigerator. The bathroom has a medicine cabinet and older tub. The private bedroom with the queen bed has plenty of drawer space should you decide to stay a while. Ceiling fans in the bedroom can keep the breeze cool, while the decorations keep things tropical. This condo is a great find if your looking for an affordable way to stay at the beach. NO PETS ALLOWED.Amenities ↑↓
