We do offer complimentary Wi-Fi service, however there are no refunds due to the Wi-Fi system being down. We do not guarantee television streaming services, there is basic cable provided by the condo association.
We have 2 elevators that serve our oceanfront building which is 4 stories tall. Our studio building is not served by elevators and anyone staying on the 2nd level would have to take the stairs.
We cannot guarantee an early check in or a late check out. This may be an option that can be arranged for an additional fee on the day of your arrival/departure depending on the availability of the room you have rented.
Included in the daily rate is the cleaning fee for your departure. Should you need supplies during your stay, simply call or stop at the front desk to request any items needed. Staff members are not going into the rooms during a stay, but can deliver items to your door.
The pool is open daily from 8am to dusk (half an hour before sunset.)
No, smoking on property is only in the two designated smoking areas – behind the lobby and at the south end of the parking lot.

No. Unfortunately, since there is limited parking (one parking spot per condo), we cannot allow boat or trailer parking. You may try Devil’s Elbow to arrange overnight boat parking.
We have natural sand dunes that are protected by law, everyone has to take the boardwalk from the pool area to get down onto the beach sand. The boardwalk has a ramp at the pool end and stairs to get down onto the beach sand.
We do have a bbq grill area at the south end of the property with 2 charcoal grills available, first come, first serve. Grilling on patios or balconies is not permitted.
We allow up to 5 people for the plus sized layout, however there is typically only a bed and a sleeper sofa, or a bed and a murphy bed in the plus size unit layout. If the couch is not part of the murphy bed, then in some cases a 5th person can sleep on the couch as a couch. We can offer a rollaway bed for an extra $10 plus tax per night, based on availability.
