Studio Suite is the only room at Beacher's Lodge that is not ocean front however it is the most economical choice. The studio suites provide hotel like accomodations with two double sized beds and a small kitchenette. You may be able to see a bit of the ocean from the bedroom window, but there is not a balcony or patio. Currently there are no studio suites that are pet friendly. The queen suite on the first floor is the most economical ocean front choice. Approximately 450 square feet, the queen suite is the smallest unit on the ocean front. The view from the first floor is limited to the horizon view of the ocean with natural sand dunes rising up. In some units you may see mostly sand dunes. Some guests prefer the 1st floor because you can usually see a little bit of the water, but you don't have to see the people at the beach. Some queen suites lead out from the patio to the pool deck.

Queen Suite Setup
There is a private bedroom with a queen bed and cable TV. The living room has a queen sized sleeper sofa, cable TV and equipped kitchenette. All units have a DVD player. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, stove top, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pot/pans/dishes/utensils. Daily coffee provided for 4 cup coffeemaker. Some kitchenettes may have an oven but it is not guaranteed. There is a sliding glass door in the living room that leads out onto a balcony. Chairs for the balcony or patio are provided.

The upper floor queen suites provide a beautiful ocean view from a private balcony. Some queen suites overlook both the pool and the ocean. The access to the beach and the floor plan for the units is all the same, the only difference between a 1st floor queen and an upper floor queen is the view.

The king suite is the largest unit on the ocean front with about 150 square feet more living space than the queen suite. The king suite on the first floor has a limited horizon view of the ocean with natural sand dunes rising up. In some units you may see mostly sand dunes. King suites are not located at or near the pool end of property. Currently there are no 1st level king suites that allow smoking.
