"We have been making the trip south to Beacher's Lodge from Long Island every winter for 12 yrs now and we love it more each year. Where else can you view the Ocean from your livingroom, see Dolphins or perhaps a whale if your lucky and witness a space launch. From the front walkway you can see the intercoastal waterway and beautiful sunsets. You will usually find us sitting out there for 'Happy Hour' with our friends from L.I. who also have been coming many years or our neighbors and friends from Leisure Village. We will have the company of 10 couples this year that we have suggested Beacher's Lodge to as a reasonable, pleasent destination and none have been disappointed. We refer to Beacher's as our Leisure Village South."

"We just got back from Beachers and it was wonderful. The hotel was nice, the view from our 3rd floor suite was excellent, and the beach was beautiful . It was the most relaxing vacation I've had in ages. It's a great family place, close St. Augustine's Historic District and all the sites there but also close to MarineLand where my daughter and her friend had a wonderful time playing with the dolphins. We are already looking forward to going back and would recommend Beachers to anyone."

"We stayed at Beacher's Lodge the first two days of our vacation and intended to continue on over to the gulf side before heading home. We loved it so much at Beacher's that we had to go back and spend our last two days there before we came home. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. It was very family friendly and very relaxing unlike the busier beaches. We will be back without a doubt!!!"

"We just got back from four wonderful days at Beacher's! We loved it and will always try to stay there when in FL, whether for vacation or on the way to our yearly cruise. The room was perfect. Our patio opened right on to the pool deck as requested and we spent hours in the warm pool. Very relaxing...very romantic and bonus..our favorite place to eat next door..South Beach Grill. We'll be back..soon.

"We just spent our tenth anniversary at Beacher's (Dec 26th). We were there for 2 weeks. We had a fantastic time. Weather was perfect this time even though we would have been satisfied even if it was cold and rainy as it has been in the past. We were married ten years ago in St Augustine and have spent most of our anniversaries at a bed and breakfast in old town until two years ago when we spent three days at Beacher's after deciding to stay on the beach for a change. We would never spend our anniversaries anywhere else after spending one at Beacher's. We love it there on the beach. We couldn't ask for better service. We will be back for many more!"

"My girlfriend and I recently stayed at your property for two nights. We come to St Augustine at least 1 a year and will now never stay anywhere else. We had unit 138. Our vacation started as soon as we walked in the room. You instantly get the feeling that you have 'gone away' and you feel relaxed.
We were impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the entire property. The private walkway is beautiful and the beach is amazing.
Thank you for a great memory that we hope to make more of.
We already have plans to bring a long other couples who are friends a long for the romantic setting."

"10/2011 This was the second year i have stayed at the lodge. I plan on making a vacation every year. the staff is wonderful,the ocean is beautifull and the peace and quiet is worth it all. Being pet friedly is the best part of all. They are so helpfull in giving you the perfect room. I stayed this year during the full moon! WOW!!!! Thank you BEACHERS LODGE !!"

"We stayed in suite 104 this passed weekend. It was great to be right at the pool and so close to the board walk to the beach. Unfortunately, the air conditioner didnt work in the sitting area and the 'internet was down' the whole weekend.. also the sliding glass door would not lock so we could not leave anything valuable in our room. other than that Im sure if you had a working AC and wifi and a locked sliding glass door youd enjoy the suites and location. being 9 miles away does have its advantages!"

"Our family of 4 stayed in room 406 in June 2012. This was our first time at Beacher's Lodge and we were pleasantly surprised. The kitchenette made our stay very comfortable and we were able to fix snacks and small meals and eat together on the balcony with a gorgeous view. The decor was very charming, the rooms were clean, well stocked with amenities and the Air conditining was cold! This is a very affordable place for families. The beaches are clean and beautiful, the pool was keep up nicely and we cant wait to come back."

"We visited October 13 through 19, 2012 I can't say enough great things about our stay. Wonderful service from the front desk staff, housekeeping, etc. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. The only thing I would suggest is a few more handicapped places to park. We just got home and our planning our visit for next year. See you in 2013. We stayed in condo 108 and found it to meet all of our needs."
