Starting with the St. Patrick's Day parade, all of historic downtown will be celebrating in true Celtic spirit. The Spanish Quarter opens up to music from some of the world's premier Celtic bands and acts. The Francis Field adjacent to the parking garage will feature vendors and Clan tents.
