Crescent Beach is St. Augustine's southern most beach, about 6 miles north of Marineland.  We are located 10 miles south of the bridge of Lions (the heart of the historic downtown area).  There are no rocks or sharp coquina sand like you will find on other beaches in the area, just plenty of nice clean sand to walk, bike or enjoy with the kids and pets.  Crescent beach is a drive on beach but traffic is separated from beach goers.  Crescent Beach is also pet friendly, you just have to be a responsible pet owner and keep your pet leashed.  Of all the beaches in St. Augustine, Crescent beach is the best... but of course, that's where Beacher's Lodge is!
